Restructuring for Growth
A company under financial pressure needed to do more with fewer resources. WiiRKS redesigned its operating model around a leaner, largely remote structure and created a live management solution that streamlined operations and finance while improving visibility into pricing, margins, and performance. Lower overhead freed resources for sales and growth.
Outcome: In the following year, revenue grew from approximately $1.5 million to $6 million, while the restructured operating model allowed the company to support substantially greater volume without rebuilding the same level of overhead.

Clarity Before Commitment
A private investment office was evaluating a complex international transaction involving significant capital and an uncertain path to execution. WiiRKS tested the transaction’s credibility, structure, and likelihood of closing, uncovering material inconsistencies and execution risks before capital was deployed.
Outcome: The client declined to proceed before committing capital, preserving its investment and limiting the loss to time spent evaluating the opportunity.
